Bookcase of the Week - Starring... Alyson Noel

Photobucket

In today's Bookcase of the Week feature, it is with great pleasure that I bring you author Alyson Noel's bookshelves.  I contacted Alyson when I first intended to start the feature and begged and pleaded for her to be part of the fun.  But then I saw her schedule of upcoming events and thought to myself that she would never have the time to send me pictures.  I didn't even follow-up with her because I didn't want to bother her.  I mean first it was the Smart Chicks Kick It Tour!  (which many of you attended) and then she was off to London and Frankfurt.  She is one busy gal!  Well, I am happy to inform (and you'll see for yourself) that Alyson took the time to send us a picture of her bookshelves before her departure to Europe.  Here's what she sent:

"Attached in all of its messy glory is a pic of my office, complete with desk, laptop, and the bookshelf behind me. Though, since we recently moved, the shelf only represents some of the books—we’ve still got loads of boxes to unpack!!"
For those of you who don't know (Right! Like there's any of you who don't)  - Alyson Noel is the #1 New York Times Bestselling Author of The Immortals series including: Evermore, Blue Moon, Shadowland, Dark Flame, Night Star (11.16.10), and Radiance—book one in The Immortals spin-off series, in stores now!

I actually met Alyson earlier this year at a local book signing and she was the sweetest person evah!  Not only are her books amazing but the woman's got excellent style too.  She's definitely A-Ok in my book!

You can visit Alyson on her blog, catch her tweets on Twitter or talk to her on her very popular Facebook page.  I can definitely say she's one of the friendliest authors I've had the pleasure of meeting.   Many thanks to Alyson for sharing her bookcase with us!

  1. Wow, that is one gorgeous bookcase!

I can't wait to have my own house and do a nice custom bookshelf instead a motley collection of 12 different cases.

  4. I have to agree. Ms. Noel is the sweetest! I also met her at a signing and she was very candid about why she writes and where her story ideas come from.

She has an amazing office! I am drooling over her shelves!

  11. Beautiful bookcase! Mine's a heck of a mess, paperbacks shoved in three-deep, and piles more in front of it. Time to get a bigger house!
