Bookcase of the Week [7]

Talk about making the most of your space. There's always empty space underneath stairs unless you got one of those little storage closets or a half-bathroom like in townhomes. This seems like a much more practical way of using up that area... don't you think? Just saying. :)

I love it! Husband said the stairs were steep.

We have a closet now and in the house before this one it was the kids play space.

I love it! I've seen so many terrific bookcases lately and each one makes me wish I had my own house instead of an apartment so I could build them all!

Oh, now that one is fabulous! Love turning unused spaces into room for more books!

Reminds me of the shelves my son built for my DVDs...in the hallway, floor to ceiling, but narrow, therefore seemingly taking up no space at all!

I love it, but I could totally see my kids falling right off those stairs. Sigh.

yow, you would definitely need one of those tall rolling library ladders to get to the top of that.
Still a very good use of space.
