Bookcase of the Week - Staring... Sabrina of About Happy Books

Photobucket
On this week's Bookcase of the Week it is with great pleasure that I bring you Sabrina of About Happy Books' shelves.  I stumbled across Sabrina's blog earlier this year and I quickly became one of her followers. I love her reviews - since they are well... About Happy Books.... and happy books make me happy. :)  Plus she's like me..  she always reads the ending of a book first (yes, I do this... almost always) and she treats her books as if they are her babies.  Yes, there are times where it feels as if I have 1000 babies in my home.  I can't help myself.  Anyway, I asked Sabrina to please participate in the Bookcase of the Week feature and within a couple of days she sent me this delightful post.  Here's what she had to say:

Hello, I'm Sabrina and it's a honour to be here at Nely's wonderful blog. I'm from a family of booklovers and I love that nobody at home is wondering about the number of books Mr. Postman delivers to me. I'm from Germany so whenever I want to read an English book I have to buy it. That's why I own a huge number of books. I'm working on my own little library and hope that one day I will have a room just for my books.

My five year old iBook G4 is what I use to blog and recently I bought a Sony PRS 300 to read e-books. I like my e-reader but will always prefer print books.

One of my favourite authors is Nora Roberts and in this shelf are all of the books she has published so far. When it comes to her I'm definitely a fan girl.

And here are all of my other books. I read all kinds of romances, YA, UF and chick lit. My shelves are from IKEA and I put books from both sides in them - because I need the extra space :) .

The books are ordered by author and then by publication date. I'm a pretty organized person and like when everything is in order.

And here are some of the books in my TBR pile.

When I'm not reading I love to play with out four cats.
This one is Merlin - he's such a cutie.
Nely, thanks so much for having me

No Sabrina, thank you for playing along and allowing us into your home.  I was literally drooling when I saw your pictures... all those shelves, all those books... they brought a big, fat smile to my face.

For those of you who haven't passed on through to Sabrina's yet, please visit her here (tell her I say HI!)
